UTILITY OR COMMON MANOMETER
Ø 40 , 50 , 60 , 66 e 80 mm

Specifications:

Case: Stamped steel plate, black epoxy paint or stainless steel.
Ring: Stamped steel plate, black epoxy paint.
Flange: Front or rear.
Indicator: Aluminum, white background and black engraving.
Pointer: Aluminum or plastic, balanced without adjustment.
Display: Flat, 2 mm glass, optional flat acrylic.
Sensor element: Bourdon tube in "C" made of Tomback or brass, helicoidal type above 100 kgf/cm2, above 400 kgf/cm² stainless steel.
Mechanism: Brass with adjustment.
Connection: Lower or rear concentric with 1/8" or ¼" NPT or BSP thread.
Socket: Brass, 9/16" square section for fixing screw fit.
Precision: 2% of total scale.

Applications:

For air compressors, pneumatic equipment, air, gas, liquid lines and premises in general.

Specifications:

Case: Water tight, in  AISI 304 stainless steel plate.
Ring: Bayonet fit, AISI 304 stainless steel, fixed ring for Ø 50 mm.
Safety valve: Located on top of or behind the case.
Flange: Front or rear.
Indicator: Aluminum, white background and black engraving.
Pointer: Aluminum, balanced with micrometric adjustment, no adjustment for Ø 50, 60 and 66 mm
Display: Flat, 2 and 3 mm glass.
Sensor element Bourbon type "C" tube in stainless steel, AISI 316, helicoidal above 100 kgf/cm2.
Mechanism: Stainless steel AISI 304 with adjustment.
Connection: Inferior or rear exocentric with 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" NPT or BSP thread and rear concentric for Ø 50 ,60 and 66 mm.
Socket: Stainless steel AISI 304, 7/8" square section and 9/16" section for Ø 50, 60 and 66m.
Accuracy: 1% of total scale.
Obs.:  Ø 200, 250 and 300 mm are supplied with a stainless steel case and embedded ring.
Optional: With claw for rear fixing

Safety valve: Located on the top of the case or the back of the angles.
Flange: Front or rear.
Indicator: Aluminum, white background and black engraving.
Pointer: Aluminum, balanced without adjustment.
Display: Flat, 2 and 3 mm glass.
Sensor Element: Bourdon tube in "C" made of Tomback, helicoidal type stainless steel above 100 kgf/cm2, and for  Ø 50 and 60 mm manometer, above 400 kgf/cm² stainless steel.
Mechanism: Reinforced brass or stainless steel with adjustment.
Connection: Inferior or rear exocentric with 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" NPT or BSP thread and rear concentric for Ø 50 ,60 mm.
Socket: Brass, 7/8" square section for fixing screw fit and 9/16" square section for Ø 50 e 60 mm.
Accuracy: 2; 1.5 and 1 % of total scale

Applications:

Manometers with robust construction, reinforced mechanism and adjustment features. Water tight case can be filled with shock absorbing liquid (glycerin or silicon). Adapted especially for installations subject to line vibrations or pulsations when filled with glycerin.
